目的：观察针灸联合西药对急性眼外肌麻痹的疗效。方法收集急性眼外肌麻痹48例（66眼），根据治疗方法的不同分为西药组、针灸组及联合组。对患者治疗前后复视症状、眼球运动及斜视度的改变进行观察，并比较3组间疗效。结果①1月后复诊，3组大部分患者复视减轻，眼球运动好转，斜视度较前均有下降（P<0.05），其中联合组效果最好。②治疗后组间比较，西药组与针灸组无统计学意义（P>0.05），而联合组与另外2组有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论中西医结合对急性眼外肌麻痹的疗效优于单纯药物或针灸治疗者。
목적：관찰침구연합서약대급성안외기마비적료효。방법수집급성안외기마비48례（66안），근거치료방법적불동분위서약조、침구조급연합조。대환자치료전후복시증상、안구운동급사시도적개변진행관찰，병비교3조간료효。결과①1월후복진，3조대부분환자복시감경，안구운동호전，사시도교전균유하강（P<0.05），기중연합조효과최호。②치료후조간비교，서약조여침구조무통계학의의（P>0.05），이연합조여령외2조유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론중서의결합대급성안외기마비적료효우우단순약물혹침구치료자。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with western medicine in treating acute extraocular muscle paralysis (AEMP). Methods 48 cases (66 eyes)of AEMP were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital. All patients were divided into 3 groups according to different treatment method:1. Western medicine group;2. Acupuncture group;3 Combination group. The therapeutic effects were judged by the changes of symptom of diplopia,eye movement and strabismus angle before and after treatment and the difference was compared in 3 groups. Results 1. After 1 month follow-up,most of patients in 3 groups felt diplopia relieve,eye movement strengthen,and strabismus angle decline (P<0.05)compared those before the treatment,which the effect of the combination group was the most obvious. 2. The combination group had difference compared with the other 2 groups after the treatment (P<0.05),while there was no difference between the western medicine and the acupuncture group (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine is superior to simple drugs or acupuncture on the treatment of acute extraocular muscle paralysis .
