目的探讨外剥内扎术、肛门内括约肌侧切术与术后中药坐浴相结合治疗环状混合痔的疗效。方法选取2010年6月至2013年6月在我院住院治疗的105例环状混合痔患者，随机将所有患者分为2组，治疗组53例，对照组52例。治疗组患者采用混合痔外剥内扎术以及肛门内括约肌侧切术治疗，术后配合自拟中药“除湿活血汤”坐浴治疗；对照组则采用混合痔外剥内扎术，术后应用1：5000的高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗。对比两组患者术后在肛门狭窄、切口愈合时间、切口疼痛、肛缘水肿等方面的情况。结果治疗组患者术后伤口平均愈合时间为（21.13±3.15）d，明显短于对照组患者的（28.22±4.14）d；治疗组术后患者的疼痛和水肿评分以及肛门狭窄的发生率均明显低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论将外剥内扎术、肛门内括约肌侧切术与术后中药坐浴相结合治疗环状混合痔，能够显著减少或避免肛门狭窄的发生，有效的缓解患者术后切口疼痛及水肿，促进切口的愈合。

목적탐토외박내찰술、항문내괄약기측절술여술후중약좌욕상결합치료배상혼합치적료효。방법선취2010년6월지2013년6월재아원주원치료적105례배상혼합치환자，수궤장소유환자분위2조，치료조53례，대조조52례。치료조환자채용혼합치외박내찰술이급항문내괄약기측절술치료，술후배합자의중약“제습활혈탕”좌욕치료；대조조칙채용혼합치외박내찰술，술후응용1：5000적고맹산갑용액좌욕치료。대비량조환자술후재항문협착、절구유합시간、절구동통、항연수종등방면적정황。결과치료조환자술후상구평균유합시간위（21.13±3.15）d，명현단우대조조환자적（28.22±4.14）d；치료조술후환자적동통화수종평분이급항문협착적발생솔균명현저우대조조，차이균구유통계학의의（P <0.05）。결론장외박내찰술、항문내괄약기측절술여술후중약좌욕상결합치료배상혼합치，능구현저감소혹피면항문협착적발생，유효적완해환자술후절구동통급수종，촉진절구적유합。
Objective to explore the outer peel in operation, the anus sphincter side cut method combined with traditional chinese medicine hip bath after curative effect for the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid. Method selection in June 2010 to June 2013 in our hospital 105 cases of hospitalized with circumferential mixed hemorrhoid patients, all patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, treatment group (53 cases, control group 52 cases. treatment group were treated by mixed hemorrhoid peel internal plunge in and outside the anus sphincter lateral cutting treatment, postoperative to cooperate with the Chinese traditional medicine "dehumidification huoxue soup" sitz bath treatment; Control group using mixed hemorrhoid external strip in operation, postoperative application of potassium permanganate sitz bath treatment of 1:50 00. compared two groups of patients in anal stricture, incision healing time, postoperative incision pain, edema of anal edge, etc. Results the treatment group patients with postoperative wound the average healing time was (21.13 + 3.15) d, significantly shorter than the control group patients (28.22 + 4.14) d; treatment group patients with postoperative pain and edema scores, and the incidence of anal stenosis were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion to insert inside the outer peel, anus sphincter side cut method combined with traditional chinese medicine hip bath after treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid, can significantly reduce or avoid the happening of anal stenosis, effectively relieve patient's postoperative incision pain and edema, promote the healing of incision.
