目的：探讨中医辩证施护在2型糖尿病患者中的康复效果。方法选择2011年9月至2013年9月间，经过确诊的2型糖尿病患者212例，随机分为治疗组106例，男58例，女48例；对照组106例，男56例，女50例。治疗组与对照组均按内科一般护理常规进行护理干预，治疗组按以下中医调护：情志调护、饮食调护、皮肤和足部防护。结果治疗组取得总有效率94.34%，生活质量提高率61.32%，对照组取得总有效率78.30%，生活质量提高率43.39%。结论经过中医辩证施护对2型糖尿病患者可取得显著的康复效果。

목적：탐토중의변증시호재2형당뇨병환자중적강복효과。방법선택2011년9월지2013년9월간，경과학진적2형당뇨병환자212례，수궤분위치료조106례，남58례，녀48례；대조조106례，남56례，녀50례。치료조여대조조균안내과일반호리상규진행호리간예，치료조안이하중의조호：정지조호、음식조호、피부화족부방호。결과치료조취득총유효솔94.34%，생활질량제고솔61.32%，대조조취득총유효솔78.30%，생활질량제고솔43.39%。결론경과중의변증시호대2형당뇨병환자가취득현저적강복효과。
Objective to explore the traditional chinese medicine dialectical the nursing effect of rehabilitation in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Between september 2011 to september 2013, after a diagnosis of 212 patients with type 2 diabetes, were randomly divided into treatment group 106 examples, male 58 cases, female 48 cases; the control group, 106 cases of male 56 cases, female 50 cases. treatment group and control group by college of general nursing routine nursing intervention, the treatment group according to the following tcM regulating: modern aftercare, diet aftercare, skin and foot protection. Results treatment group total effectiveness 94.34%, improve living quality rate is 61.32%, the control group, 78.30% of the total effective rate, improve life quality rate of 43.39%. Conclusion after the doctor of traditional chinese medicine dialectical the nursing for patients with type 2 diabetes can obtain significant rehabilitation effect.
