目的:观察戊乙奎醚术前应用于无痛人工流产的临床结果。方法选择22~35岁女性患者1200例(ASA I~Ⅱ级)。随机分配成A、B两组, A组为对照组(600例)术前30 min肌内注射1 ml注射用水, B组为戊乙奎醚组(600例),患者术前30 min肌内注射戊乙奎醚0.5 mg。测定30 min唾液分泌量,用视觉模拟评分(VAS)方法测定口干程度,记录不良事件。结果给药30 min, A、B两组唾液分泌量分别较用药前变化(2.88±19.51)mg,(-21.30±20.32)mg,其B组用药前后唾液分泌量的下降差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VAS评分, B组用药前后明显增加;给药30 min,两组心率变化较用药前无明显变化,两组用药前后变化差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察期间无严重不良反应。术中牵扯宫颈时两组心率变化(-27.72±6.90),(4.32±7.20)bpm,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论戊乙奎醚作为全麻术前用药,可明显减少唾液分泌,无心率增,无明显不良反应,使用安全。

목적:관찰무을규미술전응용우무통인공유산적림상결과。방법선택22~35세녀성환자1200례(ASA I~Ⅱ급)。수궤분배성A、B량조, A조위대조조(600례)술전30 min기내주사1 ml주사용수, B조위무을규미조(600례),환자술전30 min기내주사무을규미0.5 mg。측정30 min타액분비량,용시각모의평분(VAS)방법측정구간정도,기록불량사건。결과급약30 min, A、B량조타액분비량분별교용약전변화(2.88±19.51)mg,(-21.30±20.32)mg,기B조용약전후타액분비량적하강차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);VAS평분, B조용약전후명현증가;급약30 min,량조심솔변화교용약전무명현변화,량조용약전후변화차이무통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰기간무엄중불량반응。술중견차궁경시량조심솔변화(-27.72±6.90),(4.32±7.20)bpm,량조차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론무을규미작위전마술전용약,가명현감소타액분비,무심솔증,무명현불량반응,사용안전。
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of penehyclidine in painless induced abortion. Methods1200 female patients (ASA I-II)aged 22~35 years were randomly divided into group A and group B. Group A were the control groups (600 cases), water for injection 1 ml intramuscular injection within 30 minutes before operation.Group B were penehyclidine group (600 cases), penehyclidine 0.5 mg intramuscular injection within 30 minute before operation. Measuring the salivary secretory volume in 30 min. Using visual analogue score (VAS) method to measure mouth dryness. Recording the adverse events.Results 30 minutes after administration, the salivary secretory volume of group A and group B respectively compared with those before treatment were changing (2.88±19.51)mg, (-21.30±20.32)mg. The decrease of salivary secretion was of statistical significance before and after the treatment in group B (P<0.05). VAS score was significantly increased after the treatment in group B. After 30 minutes of administration, there was no obvious change of heart rate compared with before treatment in two groups. Differences of two groups were not of statistical significance after the treatment (P<0.05). There were no severe adverse reactions in the observation. The heart rate of the two groups changed by (-27.72± 6.90), 4.32±7.20) bpm because of intraoperative involved cervical. There was of statistical significance (P<0.05) in two groups.ConclusionPenehyclidine hydrochloride as premedication of general anesthesia can reduce the salivary secretion obviously, without increasing heart rate and obvious adverse reaction and can be used safely.
