通过正交实验,以沉积速率和腐蚀速率为指标,获得了优化化学镀Ni-W-P镀液配方。采用扫描电镜、X 射线衍射、能谱分析了镀层的微观形貌、组成及结构,研究了镀层在10%H2SO4+30%HCl的耐蚀性能。结果表明,化学镀Ni-W-P合金镀层的耐蚀性能与镀层的非晶态结构、P和W的含量以及腐蚀介质的性质等因素有关,W对镀层获得非晶结构的作用要大于P的作用。

통과정교실험,이침적속솔화부식속솔위지표,획득료우화화학도Ni-W-P도액배방。채용소묘전경、X 사선연사、능보분석료도층적미관형모、조성급결구,연구료도층재10%H2SO4+30%HCl적내식성능。결과표명,화학도Ni-W-P합금도층적내식성능여도층적비정태결구、P화W적함량이급부식개질적성질등인소유관,W대도층획득비정결구적작용요대우P적작용。
Optimized process of electroless deposition of Ni-W-P alloy were determined by orthogonal experiment.Deposition rate and corrosion resistance were taken as the index for assessment.The anti-corrosion behavior of the Ni-W-P alloy coating was studied in the environment 10%H2SO4+30%HCl,and the results show that the corrosion resistance of Ni-W-P mainly depends on its amorphous structure, the content of P,W and the nature of the corrosive medium,the role of the W than the P in the aspect of amorphous structure.
