将脱硫废水打入除尘器前烟道内,可利用烟气热量蒸发脱硫废水中的水分,蒸发后的固体物随烟尘在电除尘器被电极捕捉,进入烟尘中,从而实现了脱硫废水的零排放。本研究采用新型脱硫废水处理工艺,脱硫废水中的Cl-、Cr3+等浓度均有效降低,避免了其在脱硫浆液中的富集,使浆液品质得到了优化。同时,由于喷入脱硫废水后,除尘器入口烟气温度降低,湿度增加,除尘效率有所提升。与常见的化学沉淀工艺相比,新型脱硫废水处理工艺具有系统简单,运行维护费用低廉,工程周期短等优点,具有很好的推广应用价值。

장탈류폐수타입제진기전연도내,가이용연기열량증발탈류폐수중적수분,증발후적고체물수연진재전제진기피전겁포착,진입연진중,종이실현료탈류폐수적령배방。본연구채용신형탈류폐수처리공예,탈류폐수중적Cl-、Cr3+등농도균유효강저,피면료기재탈류장액중적부집,사장액품질득도료우화。동시,유우분입탈류폐수후,제진기입구연기온도강저,습도증가,제진효솔유소제승。여상견적화학침정공예상비,신형탈류폐수처리공예구유계통간단,운행유호비용저렴,공정주기단등우점,구유흔호적추엄응용개치。
The desulfurization waste water were pumped into the flue which were in front of the ESP,whicn were evaporated by the flue gas,the remaining solids and the dust were captured by the electrodes of ESP,then achieve zero discharge of wastewater desulfurization. The new Desulfurization wastewater treatment process can effectively reduce the desulfurization of Cl-,Cr3+,avoide its accumulation in the slurry,optimize the quality of the slurry.Meanwhile,the dust removal efficiency has improved bcause of the ESP inlet gas temperature reduced and humidity increased.Compared with chemical precipitation process,the new system desulfurization wastewater treatment process has a good application value bcause ofthe simple system, low operation and maintenance costs,shorter project cycle etc..
