目的：在校护理学生练习注射法过程中发生伤害的原因分析，提出相应的预防对策。方法：对367名护理学生注射法实训过程进行观察，记录发生损伤的情况，并对发生损伤的原因进行分析和总结。结果：367名学生在注射法实训过程中发生损伤41例，其中掰安瓿损伤15例，药物抽吸损伤9例，进针损伤5例，拔针损伤7例，处理锐器垃圾损伤5例。结论：积极开展职业安全教育，严格掌握操作技术规范，培养良好的职业素质，遵守各种规章制度，对降低自身发生的伤害至关重要。

목적：재교호이학생연습주사법과정중발생상해적원인분석，제출상응적예방대책。방법：대367명호이학생주사법실훈과정진행관찰，기록발생손상적정황，병대발생손상적원인진행분석화총결。결과：367명학생재주사법실훈과정중발생손상41례，기중배안부손상15례，약물추흡손상9례，진침손상5례，발침손상7례，처리예기랄급손상5례。결론：적겁개전직업안전교육，엄격장악조작기술규범，배양량호적직업소질，준수각충규장제도，대강저자신발생적상해지관중요。
Objective:To analyze the cause of the nursing students’injuries when doing injection training and put forward the method of prevention. Method:Observed of the process of injection training among 367 nursing students,recorded the details of injuries,and analyzed the cause then draw a conclusion.Result:41 students among all got injured during the training process,among them there were 15 cases of ampules-open,9 cases of drug pump,5 cases of needles-given,7 cases of needles-pulling out and 5 cases of sharp instrument waste-handle.Conclusion:To reduce such kind of injuries,it is quite important to actively carry out occupational safety education,strictly master the standard of operating,develop good professional quality as well as follow all the rules and regulations.
