目的：探讨采用封闭式负压引流技术(VSD)加臭氧治疗感染性伤口的疗效及临床护理。方法32例感染性伤口患者均给予VSD负压封闭引流治疗7 d,局部伤口再行臭氧治疗4~6次,并配合护理干预。结果31例患者痊愈出院,无一例并发症发生。1例患者治疗无效,转上级医院治疗。结论给予骨科感染性伤口患者VSD联合臭氧治疗,可有效促进创面愈合,同时给予优质护理可进一步改善患者的愈后,提高生活质量。
목적：탐토채용봉폐식부압인류기술(VSD)가취양치료감염성상구적료효급림상호리。방법32례감염성상구환자균급여VSD부압봉폐인류치료7 d,국부상구재행취양치료4~6차,병배합호리간예。결과31례환자전유출원,무일례병발증발생。1례환자치료무효,전상급의원치료。결론급여골과감염성상구환자VSD연합취양치료,가유효촉진창면유합,동시급여우질호리가진일보개선환자적유후,제고생활질량。
Objective To investigate the effect of VSD plus ozone in the treatment of infected wounds. Methods All 32 patients with wound infection in Department of orthopedics were give VSD vacuum sealing drainage treatment for7 days, then the local wound and ozone treatment for 4~6 times with nursing intervention. Results 31 cases were cured, no complication occurred. Another 1 patient was treated with invalid, turn the hospital treatment.Conclusion Wound infection in patients with VSD combined with ozone treatment, can promote wound healing. At the same time, given the high quality of nursing, can improve the prognosis for patients, improve the quality of life.
