目的:探讨分析MICA外显子5多态性与成人迟发自身免疫型糖尿病(LADA)的相关性情况。方法:选取2010年5月-2013年8月收治的LADA患者33例(LADA组),另选取同期收治的2型糖尿病患者35例(T2DM组)及正常体检者40例(NC组),对比观察三组患者MICA外显子5多态性的差异。结果:LADA组患者MICA第5外显子中A5.1等位基因的频率相比NC组明显增高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而其他等位基因型分布与NC组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);T2DM组患者MICA第5外显子等位基因多态性分布与NC组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:LADA患者的MICA基因外显子5多态性与正常人有异,其中等位基因A5.1与LADA发病存在较密切相关性,是LADA的重要危险因素,也可视为LADA的一种遗传性指标。

목적:탐토분석MICA외현자5다태성여성인지발자신면역형당뇨병(LADA)적상관성정황。방법:선취2010년5월-2013년8월수치적LADA환자33례(LADA조),령선취동기수치적2형당뇨병환자35례(T2DM조)급정상체검자40례(NC조),대비관찰삼조환자MICA외현자5다태성적차이。결과:LADA조환자MICA제5외현자중A5.1등위기인적빈솔상비NC조명현증고,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。이기타등위기인형분포여NC조비교차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05);T2DM조환자MICA제5외현자등위기인다태성분포여NC조비교차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:LADA환자적MICA기인외현자5다태성여정상인유이,기중등위기인A5.1여LADA발병존재교밀절상관성,시LADA적중요위험인소,야가시위LADA적일충유전성지표。
Objective:To investigate the correlation situation of the MICA polymorphism of fifth exon and late onset autoimmune diabetes in adult(LADA). Method:Thirty-three cases of LADA patients(LADA group) from May 2010 to August 2013,35 patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM group) and 40 cases of normal controls(NC group) were selected. The three groups in MICA exon 5 polymorphism difference were observed and compared. Result:Gene MICA fifth exon A5.1 promoter allele frequency in LADA group was significantly higher than NC group(P<0.05),while the other allele distribution had no significant difference between NC group and LADA group(P>0.05). Gene MICA fifth exon A5.1 promoter allele frequency in T2DM group was no significantly difference with NC group(P>0.05). Conclusion:LADA patients with gene MICA exon 5 polymorphism are different with normal people,the allele A5.1 and LADA disease are closely related,which is an important risk factor of LADA and can be regarded as a genetic marker in LADA.
