目的：探讨切开挂线术联合中药熏洗对复杂性肛瘘的临床效果。方法：选取本院2010年3月-2013年12月所收治的40例复杂性肛瘘患者作为临床研究对象，将患者采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组，各20例。试验组患者行切开挂线术联合中药熏洗治疗，对照组患者单纯行切开挂线术。观察两组患者平均疗程与疗效。结果：试验组疗程(21.1±3.2)d，短于对照组的(28.9±3.3)d，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率为95.0%，对照组为80.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在切开挂线术后联合应用中药熏洗进行治疗，可以促进患者局部血液循环，提高治疗有效性，缩短治疗时间，值得在今后临床工作中推广应用。

목적：탐토절개괘선술연합중약훈세대복잡성항루적림상효과。방법：선취본원2010년3월-2013년12월소수치적40례복잡성항루환자작위림상연구대상，장환자채용수궤수자표법분위시험조화대조조，각20례。시험조환자행절개괘선술연합중약훈세치료，대조조환자단순행절개괘선술。관찰량조환자평균료정여료효。결과：시험조료정(21.1±3.2)d，단우대조조적(28.9±3.3)d，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。시험조총유효솔위95.0%，대조조위80.0%，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：재절개괘선술후연합응용중약훈세진행치료，가이촉진환자국부혈액순배，제고치료유효성，축단치료시간，치득재금후림상공작중추엄응용。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of incision hangs line art combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of complex anal fistula.Method:40 cases complexity anal fistula who treated in our hospital from March 2010 to December 2010 were selected as a clinical research object,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,20 cases in each group.Patients with experimental group in open hanging line and combined Chinese medicine fumigation treatment,control group patients with simple line incision hangs line art.The average period of treatment and curative effect of two groups were observed.Result:The average period of treatment of the experimental group was (21.1±3.2)d,shorter than the control group (28.9±3.3)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental treatment effective rate of 95.0%,control group was 80.0%,the difference between two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incision line postoperative combined use of TCM fumigation treatment,can promote patients with local blood circulation,improve the treatment efficiency,shorten the treatment time.It is worth popularization and application in the future clinical work.
