根据水电站水力系统具体水工结构的不同,针对水库-引水涵洞-调压室-压力引水管-水轮发电机组水力发电系统,首次建立了用于水轮机调速系统研究的5阶非线性控制模型,利用完全精确线性化(EFL)方法设计水轮机调速系统EFL控制器。仿真结果表明:EFL设计方法具有较好的系统调节性能和鲁棒性能,与传统PID控制相比,EFL控制器具有更好的转速偏差调节能力和更好的抗干扰性能。

According to the different structures of hydraulic systems combined with hydro-turbine for hydropower plant,the 5-order nonlinear control model of hydro turbine speed governor system for hydraulic system composed of reservoir-tunnel-surge-penstock-generator units was established for the first time. The hydro turbine speed governor system controller was designed by use of exact feedback linear(EFL)method. The simulation re-sults show that the controller designed by EFL method possesses nice system regulation and robust performance,compared with traditional PID con-troller,EFL has better excellent regulating ability of speed error and rejection load disturbance performance.
