在径流式水电站中,若长引水隧洞调压井所在山体高程低于拦河坝正常蓄水位,电站机组甩负荷时调压井内产生的最高涌浪将超出地面很多,采用常规的调压井型式会面临由结构抗裂要求所带来的投资增加过多的问题。结合赤道几内亚吉布洛水电站工程实例,通过分析论证,因地制宜地采用阻抗与溢流相结合的新型调压井结构型式,创造性地解决了电站机组甩负荷时最高涌浪所产生的高调压井结构问题,不仅使工程投资节省,而且使机组运行条件也得到改善。

In the design of run-off river power station,due to the mountain elevation in which locate the surge shaft of long headrace tunnel lower than the normal water level,therefore the maximum wave will exceed ground surface largely when the units reject load,on this premise,the normal type surge shaft will bring about problems such as more investment for meeting the requirement of structure anti-cracking. Combined with the case of Djiploho Project in Equatorial Guinea,by analyzing the argument,it adopted a new type surge shaft which combined with impedance and over-flow according to local conditions,solved the structural problem of high surge shaft brought by maximum wave at the time of load rejection in a crea-tive way,which had not only saved the project investment,but also improved the operation conditions of the units.
