目的：探讨护理干预在结直肠癌患者留置PICC管中的应用效果。方法对52例结直肠癌留置PICC管患者实施护理干预，包括实施心理，运动，维护及治疗过程可能出现静脉炎、堵塞等反应的护理。结果52例患者中，发生静脉炎1例，皮肤过敏1例，余顺利完成。结论经对于60例Ⅲ期肺癌放化疗留置 PICC管患者实施护理干预，能提高患者的依从性，积极配合支持临床治疗，确保治疗顺利完成。
목적：탐토호리간예재결직장암환자류치PICC관중적응용효과。방법대52례결직장암류치PICC관환자실시호리간예，포괄실시심리，운동，유호급치료과정가능출현정맥염、도새등반응적호리。결과52례환자중，발생정맥염1례，피부과민1례，여순리완성。결론경대우60례Ⅲ기폐암방화료류치 PICC관환자실시호리간예，능제고환자적의종성，적겁배합지지림상치료，학보치료순리완성。
Objective To investigate the nursing intervention in colorectal cancer patients with indwel ing PICC tube application results.
