目的：观察干扰素α-2a联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙肝的临床疗效。方法应用回顾性分析的方法，分析宁夏回族自治区第五人民医院收治的56例慢性乙肝患者的临床资料。结果治疗结束时观察组ALT复常，HBV-DNA转阴率，HBeAg阴转率，观察组均明显高于对照组（P﹤0.05）。结论干扰素联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙肝临床疗效优于单用干扰素，值得推广应用。

목적：관찰간우소α-2a연합아덕복위지치료만성을간적림상료효。방법응용회고성분석적방법，분석저하회족자치구제오인민의원수치적56례만성을간환자적림상자료。결과치료결속시관찰조ALT복상，HBV-DNA전음솔，HBeAg음전솔，관찰조균명현고우대조조（P﹤0.05）。결론간우소연합아덕복위지치료만성을간림상료효우우단용간우소，치득추엄응용。
Objective To observe the clinical ef icacy of interferon α -2a combined with adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods Retrospective analysis method, the Fifth People's Hospital of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region were retrospectively analyzed in 56 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients clinical data. Results At the end of treatment were observed in group ALT normalization, HBV-DNA seroconversion rate, HBeAg negative conversion rate, the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Chronic hepatitis B clinical curative ef ect is bet er than single interferon interferon and adefovir dipivoxil treatment, and is worthy of popularization and application.
