多元文化背景是当下全球经济政治文化迅速发展与融合的产物。在此背景下，如何既坚持思想政治教育的主导性又同时把握好主导与多样的统一是我们当前面临的新课题。从思想政治教育主导性的相关研究以及多元文化背景对思想政治教育主导性的影响、发挥主导性应坚持的原则、应对策略两大方面予以系统性综述。
多元文化揹景是噹下全毬經濟政治文化迅速髮展與融閤的產物。在此揹景下，如何既堅持思想政治教育的主導性又同時把握好主導與多樣的統一是我們噹前麵臨的新課題。從思想政治教育主導性的相關研究以及多元文化揹景對思想政治教育主導性的影響、髮揮主導性應堅持的原則、應對策略兩大方麵予以繫統性綜述。
다원문화배경시당하전구경제정치문화신속발전여융합적산물。재차배경하，여하기견지사상정치교육적주도성우동시파악호주도여다양적통일시아문당전면림적신과제。종사상정치교육주도성적상관연구이급다원문화배경대사상정치교육주도성적영향、발휘주도성응견지적원칙、응대책략량대방면여이계통성종술。
Multi-cultural background is the product of the integration of the rapid development of global economic and political culture in today's society. In this context, how to not only adhere to the domination of ideological and political education, but also balance the domination and diversity is our new challenge we are faced with currently. For this study, it involves something related closely to the dominant ideological and political education, as well as the influence on the domination the multi-culture, the princi-ples and some useful strategies.
