目的：了解天门市2008年~2013年手足口病发病特征及流行趋势，为手足口病重点防控提供依据。方法利用天门市统计局疫情监测数据，对天门市手足口病疫情资料进行流行病学描述分析。结果天门市近5年来手足口病疫情总体呈上升趋势。结论该市手足口病易感人群为5岁以下儿童，应贯彻以传染源管理和重症病例救治为重点的综合控制对策。宣传教育、强化业务培训、规范诊疗规程、加强疫情监测，减少重症及死亡病例的出现，防止暴发流行。
목적：료해천문시2008년~2013년수족구병발병특정급류행추세，위수족구병중점방공제공의거。방법이용천문시통계국역정감측수거，대천문시수족구병역정자료진행류행병학묘술분석。결과천문시근5년래수족구병역정총체정상승추세。결론해시수족구병역감인군위5세이하인동，응관철이전염원관리화중증병례구치위중점적종합공제대책。선전교육、강화업무배훈、규범진료규정、가강역정감측，감소중증급사망병례적출현，방지폭발류행。
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis characteristics and trend of Tianmen from 2008 to 2013 disease hand foot mouth, provide the basis for the prevention and control of hand foot and mouth disease. Methods Using the Tianmen Bureau of statistics epidemic monitoring data, descriptive epidemiological analysis on the epidemic data of hand foot mouth disease in Tianmen. Results In Tianmen in recent 5 years, the epidemic of HFMD overal upward trend. Conclusion The hand foot mouth disease susceptible population for children below 5 years old, should be carried out to the source of infection management and severe cases treatment comprehensive control measures for key. Publicity and education, strengthen business training, standardize the diagnosis and treatment procedures, strengthen the monitoring of the epidemic, reduce the occurrence of severe and death cases, to prevent the outbreak.
