目的：探讨扁桃体剥离术后出血的原因、预防和治疗。方法对本科室近10年行扁桃体剥离术后出现出血的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果429例扁桃体剥离术患者中，出血15例，出血率3.5%，出血患者均及时止血，痊愈出院。结论扁桃体术后出血与术前完善检查、患者自身因素、术中操作及术后护理均有关，要做到术前完善检查、术中仔细操作、彻底止血、术后预防感染、加强护理指导等各项措施，降低扁桃体术后出血发生率。
목적：탐토편도체박리술후출혈적원인、예방화치료。방법대본과실근10년행편도체박리술후출현출혈적병례자료진행회고성분석。결과429례편도체박리술환자중，출혈15례，출혈솔3.5%，출혈환자균급시지혈，전유출원。결론편도체술후출혈여술전완선검사、환자자신인소、술중조작급술후호리균유관，요주도술전완선검사、술중자세조작、철저지혈、술후예방감염、가강호리지도등각항조시，강저편도체술후출혈발생솔。
Objective To investigate the causes of bleeding after tonsil ectomy operation, prevention and treatment. Methods The undergraduate department in the past 10 years operation after tonsil ectomy bleeding were retrospectively analyzed. Results 429 cases of tonsil ectomy patients, 15 cases of bleeding, bleeding rate was 3.5%, hemorrhage patients were timely hemostasis, cured. Conclusion After tonsil operation bleeding and operation improvement before operation and operation operation examination, the patient's own factors, after care are related to improve before operation, check operation, careful operation, thorough hemostasis, prevention of infection after operation, strengthening the nursing guidance and other measures, reduce the incidence of bleeding after tonsil operation.
