目的:探讨256排CT应用低剂量对比剂肺动脉成像的临床应用价值。方法应用256排CT对临床疑诊肺动脉栓塞102例患者进行肺动脉成像,总对比剂量为25 mL(370 mgI/mL),对比剂跟踪技术启动扫描,采用最大密度投影(MIP)、曲面重建(CRP)技术显示肺动脉及其分支,评价成像质量能否满足临床诊断需要。结果肺动脉增强后左右肺动脉干CT值均≥260 Hu,占93.1%,检出肺动脉栓塞17例。结论256排CT低剂量对比剂肺动脉成像检查,图像质量可以满足临床诊断需要,对确诊肺动脉栓塞具有很高的临床应用价值。

목적:탐토256배CT응용저제량대비제폐동맥성상적림상응용개치。방법응용256배CT대림상의진폐동맥전새102례환자진행폐동맥성상,총대비제량위25 mL(370 mgI/mL),대비제근종기술계동소묘,채용최대밀도투영(MIP)、곡면중건(CRP)기술현시폐동맥급기분지,평개성상질량능부만족림상진단수요。결과폐동맥증강후좌우폐동맥간CT치균≥260 Hu,점93.1%,검출폐동맥전새17례。결론256배CT저제량대비제폐동맥성상검사,도상질량가이만족림상진단수요,대학진폐동맥전새구유흔고적림상응용개치。
Objective To investigate the performance of 256-slice CT pulmonary artery angiog raphy(CTPA) with low dose contrast medium. Methods 102 patients known to suspect of having pulmonary embolism under went 256-slice CTPA with 25 mL contrast medium. Use contrast media Tracking technology start-up scanning,Maximum intensity projection(MIP),curved-planar reconstruction (CPR)were used to display pulmonary arteries,We evaluated the image quality of pulmonary artery to estimate if the examination can fulfill the clinical demand. Results There were 93.1% of patients whose CT values detected in the pulmonary artery after enhancement were ≥260hu.There were 17 cases with pulmonary embolism. Conclusion 256-slice CT pulmonary artery angiog raphy (CTPA) with low dose contrast medium could depict pulmonary artery with good image quality .It has great potential in the etiological diagnosis for the patients with pulmonary embolism.
