[目的]总结原发性骶骨肿瘤病人围术期的护理。[方法]对40例原发性骶骨肿瘤病人行手术治疗，术前加强心理护理、数字减影血管造影(DSA)栓塞术后护理、肠道护理，术后严密观察生命体征，加强伤口及引流管、脑脊液漏、脊髓神经功能的观察及护理。[结果]40例病人均安全度过围术期，康复出院。[结论]加强原发性骶骨肿瘤病人围术期的护理是手术成功的保证。
[목적]총결원발성저골종류병인위술기적호리。[방법]대40례원발성저골종류병인행수술치료，술전가강심리호리、수자감영혈관조영(DSA)전새술후호리、장도호리，술후엄밀관찰생명체정，가강상구급인류관、뇌척액루、척수신경공능적관찰급호리。[결과]40례병인균안전도과위술기，강복출원。[결론]가강원발성저골종류병인위술기적호리시수술성공적보증。
Obj ective:To summarize perioperative care of 40 cases of patients with primary sacral tumors.Methods:A total of 40 cases of patients with pri-mary sacral tumors received surgical treatment,psychological care,postopera-tive care of digital subtraction angiography (DSA)embolization and intestinal care were strengthened before surgical treatment,after surgical treatment to observe the vital signs closely,and strengthen the observation and care of Wounds and drainage pipes,leakage of cerebrospinal fluid and spinal cord nerve function.Results:All 40 cases of patients passed the perioperative period safe-ly,and they were recovered and discharged.Conclusion:To strengthen the peri-operative care of primary sacral tumor patients is a guarantee of success.
