目的：探讨普及小学生心肺复苏(CPR)知识和技能的重要性。方法：采用多媒体方式理论讲解，简洁易懂的口诀传授，现身施教，学员训练等形式对南昌市8所大型小学部分学生进行培训，参与培训的护理人员为通过了国家救护知识师资培训合格者。通过自制表格对学员的知晓率、施救意愿进行调查。结果：培训后学员的知晓率、施救意愿和互助意识明显高于培训前(P＜0.05)。结论：普及心肺复苏知识和技能，从小学抓起，不仅能提高孩子们应对突发事件的能力，也能以点带面，增强公众的救护意识。

Objective:To investigate the importance of popularizing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) knowledge and skills in primary school children.Methods:To make a training in part of the students of 8 large primary school in Nanchang,through varity of forms such as explaining the theory by multi-media,teaching a pithy formula to make sure the children can understand simply and easily,teaching by examples,training the students.The nursing staff who participated in the training were all passed the national rescue knowledge training. Use the self-made form to investigated the student's awareness and rescue will .Results:After training, awareness, rescue willingness and mutual awareness of students were significantly higher than before(P<0.05). Conclusion:The popularity of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge and skills should improve from the primary school.It is not only can improve the ability of children to deal with emergencies,but also can fan out from point to area,to enhance public awareness of the ambulance.
