目的：探讨心理干预与舒适管理应用于糖尿病肾病患者血液透析中对其负面情绪的改善作用。方法：2012年9月-2013年9月收治糖尿病肾病患者100例，采用数字表抽取法随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组选择病例采用常规方案护理，观察组在上述方案应用的基础上，加强心理干预与舒适管理。结果：两组干预前抑郁、焦虑评分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，干预后均有改善，但观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：在糖尿病肾病血液透析中加强心理干预与舒适管理，可提高护理质量，消除患者负面情绪，保障获得理想预后。
목적：탐토심리간예여서괄관리응용우당뇨병신병환자혈액투석중대기부면정서적개선작용。방법：2012년9월-2013년9월수치당뇨병신병환자100례，채용수자표추취법수궤분위관찰조화대조조각50례。대조조선택병례채용상규방안호리，관찰조재상술방안응용적기출상，가강심리간예여서괄관리。결과：량조간예전억욱、초필평분차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)，간예후균유개선，단관찰조우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：재당뇨병신병혈액투석중가강심리간예여서괄관리，가제고호리질량，소제환자부면정서，보장획득이상예후。
Objective:To explore the psychological intervention and comfort Management to improve the negative emotions of diabetic nephropathy patients in the hemodialysis.Methods:100 cases with diabetic nephropathy were selected from September 2012 to September 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each according to the digital table extraction method.The control group were treated by conventional nursing program selection,while the observation group were given to strengthen the management of psychological intervention and comfort on the basis of the control group.Results:there was no difference of the depression and anxiety scores before the intervention between the two groups(P>0.05),and it was improved after the intervention,but the observation group was better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:We strengthen the psychological intervention and comfort management for diabetes nephrosis patients in the hemodialysis.It can improve the quality of nursing and eliminate the negative emotions,and guarantee to obtain ideal prognosis.
