周期性呕吐是恶心、剧烈呕吐，有时甚至是腹痛和(或)头痛或偏头痛周期性发作的一种疾病，常发生在孩童时期，严重影响着患儿的身心健康。本文通过回顾性分析1例周期性呕吐患儿入院后的的临床诊断和治疗过程，进一步讨论了周期性呕吐的发病因素、触发因素和治疗等，旨在提高广大医务人员对该病的认识，进一步提高诊断、治疗水平。

Recurrent vomiting is a disease that nausea and intense vomiting happen,and sometimes abdominal pain and (or) the headache or migraine periodic happen.It often occurs in childhood, and seriously affects children's physical and mental health.In this paper, through a retrospective analysis of clinical diagnosis and treatment of 1 case of children with recurrent vomiting.And then further discuss the triggering factors and treatment of recurrent vomiting,to improve the cognition of medical staff for the disease, further to improve the diagnosis and treatment level for this disease.
