目的：比较醒脑开窍针刺法辨证取穴和盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法：将60例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，分别给予针刺(内关、人中、三阴交、率谷、曲池、中脘、阴陵泉、丰隆)及盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗，治疗时间4周。结果：治疗后两组头痛均较治疗前有明显改善(P＜0.01)，治疗组近期及远期疗效均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：醒脑开窍针刺法辨证取穴治疗偏头痛有较好疗效。

목적：비교성뇌개규침자법변증취혈화염산불계리진치료편두통적림상료효。방법：장60례편두통환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，분별급여침자(내관、인중、삼음교、솔곡、곡지、중완、음릉천、봉륭)급염산불계리진치료，치료시간4주。결과：치료후량조두통균교치료전유명현개선(P＜0.01)，치료조근기급원기료효균우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：성뇌개규침자법변증취혈치료편두통유교호료효。
Objective:To compare the clinical curative effect of Xing Nao Kai Qiao acupuncture with differentiation acupoints and flunarizine in the treatment of migraine.Methods:60 cases with migraine were randomly divided into the treatment group with acupuncture treatment and the control group with flunarizine treatment.They were respectively given acupuncture(Nei Guan,Ren Zhong,San Yin Jiao,Lv Gu,Qu Chi,Zhong Wan,Yin Ling Quan,Feng Long) and flunarizine.The treatment time was 4 weeks.Results:After treatment,two groups of headache were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.01).The short and long term effect of the treatment group were all better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Xing Nao Kai Qiao acupuncture with differentiation acupoints in the treatment of migraine is significant.
