目的：在大力发展中医药进社区的前提下，寻求一种适合在社区卫生服务工作中开展的中医药新技术。方法：通过在兴围社区健康服务中心引进260余种中药免煎颗粒进行各种方剂配伍，对中医药治疗社区常见病、多发病、慢性病等提供多样化的给药途径。结果：由于中药免煎颗粒较传统中药饮片具有显而易见的优势，得到了社区群众的大力欢迎和支持。结论：在社区开展中药免煎颗粒服务能真正做到方便百姓，服务基层。

목적：재대력발전중의약진사구적전제하，심구일충괄합재사구위생복무공작중개전적중의약신기술。방법：통과재흥위사구건강복무중심인진260여충중약면전과립진행각충방제배오，대중의약치료사구상견병、다발병、만성병등제공다양화적급약도경。결과：유우중약면전과립교전통중약음편구유현이역견적우세，득도료사구군음적대력환영화지지。결론：재사구개전중약면전과립복무능진정주도방편백성，복무기층。
Objective:On the premise of the development of traditional Chinese medicine in community,to seek a kind of new technology of Chinese medicine for development in community health service work.Methods:Through introducing more than 260 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine granules with prescription compatibility in Xingwei community health service center,it provided diversified administration routes for the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of community common diseases, frequently occurring disease and chronic disease.Results:Because the traditional Chinese medicine granules had more obviously advantage than the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,it got the welcome and support of the community.Conclusion:The development of traditional Chinese medicine granules service in the community can really do to facilitate the people,service basic level.
