目的：探讨胆宁片治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床效果。方法：收治非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者114例，随机分为治疗组76例和对照组38例。对照组采用辛伐他汀治疗，治疗组采用胆宁片治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：治疗后，两组临床指标均明显改善，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。组间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：胆宁片治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床效果是显著的。

목적：탐토담저편치료비주정성지방성간병적림상효과。방법：수치비주정성지방성간병환자114례，수궤분위치료조76례화대조조38례。대조조채용신벌타정치료，치료조채용담저편치료，관찰량조적치료효과。결과：치료후，량조림상지표균명현개선，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。조간비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：담저편치료비주정성지방성간병적림상효과시현저적。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Dan Ning tablets in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods:114 cases with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group with 76 cases and the control group with 38 cases.The control group were treated with simvastatin,while the treatment group were treated with Dan Ning tablets.We observed the therapeutic effect in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical indexes of the two groups were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Dan Ning tablets in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is significant.
