目的：观察疝修补片在上颌骨全切术眶底缺损修复中的临床应用效果。方法：2003-2012年收治采用疝修补片修复眶底缺损行上颌骨全切术的患者9例，评价其治疗效果，内容包括患者眼球位置、眼球功能和有无眼部常见并发症情况等。结果：9例患者术后眼球位置基本正常，眼球的运动功能良好，无一例产生复视或代偿头位。结论：应用疝修补片修复上颌骨全切术眶底缺损操作容易，可塑性高，材料在体内可促进自体组织长入，具有较好的修复效果，并可减轻患者经济负担，对临床眼眶修复重建的手术治疗，尤其对经济条件较差的患者有较高的实用价值。
목적：관찰산수보편재상합골전절술광저결손수복중적림상응용효과。방법：2003-2012년수치채용산수보편수복광저결손행상합골전절술적환자9례，평개기치료효과，내용포괄환자안구위치、안구공능화유무안부상견병발증정황등。결과：9례환자술후안구위치기본정상，안구적운동공능량호，무일례산생복시혹대상두위。결론：응용산수보편수복상합골전절술광저결손조작용역，가소성고，재료재체내가촉진자체조직장입，구유교호적수복효과，병가감경환자경제부담，대림상안광수복중건적수술치료，우기대경제조건교차적환자유교고적실용개치。
Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of hernia patch in the orbital floor defect repair after total resection of maxilla.Methods:9 cases with hernia patch in the orbital floor defect repair after total resection of maxilla were selected from 2003 to 2012.We evaluated the effect of treatment,including the eye position,ocular function and with or without common complications of eye and so on.Results:After operation,9 cases with eye position was basically normal.Sport function of eye was good.No case had diplopia or compensatory head posture.Conclusion:The operation of application of hernia patch in the orbital floor defect repair after total resection of maxilla is easy.The plasticity is high.The material in the body can promote autologous tissue ingrowth.It has good repairing effect,and can reduce the economic burden of the patients.It has high practical value in clinical treatment of orbital reconstruction operation,especially for the patients with poor economic conditions.
