目的：探究老年性慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺结核(COPD-PTB)的治疗对策。方法：2012年5月-2013年12月收治老年性慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺结核患者98例，进行回顾性调查与分析。将所有病例均分为A、B两组，其中A组采取个性化治疗方案，B 组则在此基础上对缓解期的患者采取康复治疗方案。对比治疗后效果和呼吸系统恢复情况。结果：B组的总有效率明显高于A组，且B组CRQ评分显著低于A组。差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：早期诊治老年性慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并有肺结核患者，在个性化抗结核治疗基础上，缓解期的康复治疗可以大幅提高治疗效果，值得临床推广。

목적：탐구노년성만성조새성폐질병합병폐결핵(COPD-PTB)적치료대책。방법：2012년5월-2013년12월수치노년성만성조새성폐질병합병폐결핵환자98례，진행회고성조사여분석。장소유병례균분위A、B량조，기중A조채취개성화치료방안，B 조칙재차기출상대완해기적환자채취강복치료방안。대비치료후효과화호흡계통회복정황。결과：B조적총유효솔명현고우A조，차B조CRQ평분현저저우A조。차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：조기진치노년성만성조새성폐질병합병유폐결핵환자，재개성화항결핵치료기출상，완해기적강복치료가이대폭제고치료효과，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To explore the effective treatment measures of senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with pulmonary tuberculosis(COPD-PTB).Methods:98 cases of senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected from May 2012 to December 2013.They were retrospectively investigated and analyzed.All the cases were divided into A group and B group.A group were treated with personalized treatment program.B group were treated with rehabilitation program for cases of catabasis on this basis.The effect and the recovery of respiratory system after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of B group was significantly higher than that of A group,and the CRQ score was significantly lower than that of A group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:With early diagnosis and treatment of senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,on the basis of individualized chemotherapy treatment,the rehabilitation of catabasis can significantly improve the treatment effect.It is worth of the clinical promotion.
