采用乙烯基硅油、辐敏剂及SiO2纳米粉体配制不同的涂层剂对纯涤纶织物进行整理,并采用辐射技术对涂层进行固化。对涂层前后的织物进行表面形态、抗渗水性能、透湿性能、透气性能、拒水性能进行研究对比,结果表明:辐射能很好地将乙烯基硅油涂层剂固化,并在织物表面形成一层薄膜;整理后的织物抗渗水性好,拒水性强,并保持一定的透湿和透气性能。
採用乙烯基硅油、輻敏劑及SiO2納米粉體配製不同的塗層劑對純滌綸織物進行整理,併採用輻射技術對塗層進行固化。對塗層前後的織物進行錶麵形態、抗滲水性能、透濕性能、透氣性能、拒水性能進行研究對比,結果錶明:輻射能很好地將乙烯基硅油塗層劑固化,併在織物錶麵形成一層薄膜;整理後的織物抗滲水性好,拒水性彊,併保持一定的透濕和透氣性能。

Vinyl silicone oil , radiation sensitizer and SiO 2 nano-powder were used to prepare different coating agents, used to finish the pure polyester fabric .Meanwhile, radiation curing technology was used to solidify the coating .Furthermore , the surface morphology , resistance to water penetration , water vapor permeability , air permeability and water repellency before and after coating fabric were studied and compared.The results show that radiation can solidify vinyl silicone oil coating agent well , a thin film is formed on the surface of the fabric , good resistance to water penetration and water repellency are ob-tained and a certain water vapor and air permeability are maintained .
