探讨在100℃高温下,芳纶经强酸、强碱和盐水处理后失重率随时间的变化。设计了L9(33)正交试验,分析各因素对芳纶拉伸性能的影响,得出在酸、碱和盐水条件下芳纶的优化条件。通过扫描电镜观察芳纶在不同条件下处理后,纤维表面发生了弯折现象,表面呈一种不规则的脱落,纤维表面光滑度降低。

The weight loss rate of aramid fiber was discussed under the 100 ℃ temperature , strong acid , alkali and brine treatment .The influence of factors on the tensile property of aramid fiber was analysed by orthogonal experiment, and the optimization conditions were achieved .Observing the aramid fiber trea-ted under different conditions by SEM , an irregular shedding and bending phenomenon were found on the fiber surface , with a resut the fiber surface smoothness was reduced .
