目的：发现病区管理药品管理存在的问题，运用科学的管理方法，提高病区药品管理质量。方法我院药剂科和护理部组织管理小组定期对病区药品进行督查，运用"五常法"规范病区药品管理。结果在推行五常法管理后药品混放、药品过期、药品裸放及有效期不详、未低温保存等呈逐渐下降的趋势。结论实施"五常法"管理，能有效改善病区药品过期与混放现象，提高用药的安全性。
목적：발현병구관리약품관리존재적문제，운용과학적관리방법，제고병구약품관리질량。방법아원약제과화호리부조직관리소조정기대병구약품진행독사，운용"오상법"규범병구약품관리。결과재추행오상법관리후약품혼방、약품과기、약품라방급유효기불상、미저온보존등정축점하강적추세。결론실시"오상법"관리，능유효개선병구약품과기여혼방현상，제고용약적안전성。
Objective To find the problems existing in the ward drug management, applying scientific management methods, improve the quality of medicines, ward management. Methods Our hospital pharmacy department and nursing department organization management team on a regular basis to ward drug supervision, using "the p5 method"regulate ward drug management. Results After the p5 method management medicine expires, drug mixed feed, medicine, naked, and the period of validity is unknown, and not kept at low temperature showed a trend of gradual decline. Conclusion The implementation of "the p5 method" management, can ef ectively improve ward drug expired and readjusting phenomenon, improve the safety of the drug.
