《水闸安全鉴定规定》( SL 214-98)规定现场安全检测包括一般规定、安全检测内容和现场安全检测报告三部分，但这些只是原则性规定，对如何进行现场安全检测的技术规定则显得很薄弱，缺乏可操作性。基于此，该文结合《水闸安全鉴定规定》( SL 214-98)的相关规定和工作经验，重点从现场安全检测承担单位要求、检测方案编制、现场检测时需注意问题、检测项目及常用检测方法等几方面进行探讨，以期为以后的水闸工程现场安全检测工作有所帮助。

"Stipulation for Safety Appraisal of Sluice" ( SL 214-98) stipulated the on-site safety detection including general provisions, safety in-spection contents and site safety inspection report, but these were only the principles, technical rules on how to conduct on-site safety testing were very weak, and lacked of operability. Based on this, combining the relevant provisions in "Stipulation for Safety Appraisal of Sluice" ( SL 214-98) and working experience,this article discussed emphatically the aspects in safety inspection unit requirements,inspecting plan,questions whichinspectingshouldpayattentionto,inspectitemsandcommonlyusedinspectionmethods,inordertoprovidehelpstothefutureoftheon-site safety inspection.
