扭王字块体是常用的混凝土异形块体之一,常常作为斜坡式防波堤和防护工程的护面层,具有空隙率高、箝固性好、稳定性高、波浪爬高低、消波性能好、块体结构稳固、不易损坏等优点,但由于扭王块字体自身结构复杂,很容易产生各类的表面缺陷。现结合浙江省岱山县拷门大坝除险加固工程扭王字块体预制施工的实践,重点分析了扭王字块体施工中产生表面缺陷的成因和针对这些成因采取的相应防治措施,其中包括气泡、砂斑、水线、烂脚、松顶、裂缝、边棱掉角、粘皮等。通过采取相应的防治措施,扭王字块体的以上缺陷大大减少,外观得到很大改善,质量也得到了明显提高。事实证明,我工程所用的此防治措施实施效果良好,能使预制扭王字块体达到理想效果,望能向相关施工提供可借鉴经验。

By adopting the corresponding preventive measures, these defects of accropodes are greatly re-duced,theappearanceoftheblocksgreatlyimproves,thequalityobviouslyenhance.Thefactprovesthatthepreventionmeasuresoftheaccropo-des runs good, which can make the precast accropodes achieve the desired results and provide referential experience for relevant constructions.
