目的：总结胸部手术患者呼吸道护理措施。方法对15例胸部手术患者的护理方法进行分析。结果这15例胸部手术患者术后通过精心的护理，都痊愈出院，无并发症的发生。结论术后重视呼吸道护理，重视胸部物理治疗和有效止痛，正确排痰，重视动态血氧饱和度监测，可以降低开术后肺部并发症的发生。

목적：총결흉부수술환자호흡도호리조시。방법대15례흉부수술환자적호리방법진행분석。결과저15례흉부수술환자술후통과정심적호리，도전유출원，무병발증적발생。결론술후중시호흡도호리，중시흉부물리치료화유효지통，정학배담，중시동태혈양포화도감측，가이강저개술후폐부병발증적발생。
Objective To summarize the nursing measures of respiratory tract of patients with chest operation. Methods 15 cases of nursing chest operation were analyzed. Results Careful nursing through the 15 cases of chest operation patients after operation, were cured and discharged, no complications. Conclusion The nursing of respiratory tract after operation at ention, pay at ention to the chest physical therapy and pain, correct sputum, pay at ention to the dynamic blood oxygen saturation monitoring, can reduce pulmonary complications after open operation.
