目的：为改善和提高糖尿病肾病患者的生活质量，临床进行护理健康干预。方法2007年9月~2010年5月收治120例糖尿病肾病住院患者进行了护理干预。结果随访98例，取得良好的效果，院外生活质量良好。结论通过早期有效的治疗和科学的护理干预有效降低糖尿病肾病发生率，延缓糖尿病肾病的进展，提高生活质量。
목적：위개선화제고당뇨병신병환자적생활질량，림상진행호리건강간예。방법2007년9월~2010년5월수치120례당뇨병신병주원환자진행료호리간예。결과수방98례，취득량호적효과，원외생활질량량호。결론통과조기유효적치료화과학적호리간예유효강저당뇨병신병발생솔，연완당뇨병신병적진전，제고생활질량。
Objective To improve the quality of life in patients with diabetic nephropathy, clinical nursing intervention. Methods In 2007 September to 2010 May 120 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients by nursing intervention. Results 98 cases were fol owed up, and achieved good results, the quality of life of good. Conclusion The early ef ective treatment and scientific nursing intervention can ef ectively decrease the incidence of diabetic nephropathy, delay the progress of diabetic nephropathy, improve the quality of life.
