目的：参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效分析。方法选择2012年1月～2013年9月脑梗塞79例，随机分为两组，均在综合治疗的基础上，治疗组用参芎葡萄糖注射液200ml静脉滴注；对照组用低分子右旋糖酐500ml，1次/d。结果治疗组79例，总有效率98.6%。对照组43例，总有效率65.2%，两组总有效率结果经统计学处理，差异有显著性（P<0.05）。结论参芎葡萄糖注射液对脑梗死的治疗有较好的疗效，无明显毒副作用。值得临床推广。
목적：삼궁포도당주사액치료급성뇌경새적료효분석。방법선택2012년1월～2013년9월뇌경새79례，수궤분위량조，균재종합치료적기출상，치료조용삼궁포도당주사액200ml정맥적주；대조조용저분자우선당항500ml，1차/d。결과치료조79례，총유효솔98.6%。대조조43례，총유효솔65.2%，량조총유효솔결과경통계학처리，차이유현저성（P<0.05）。결론삼궁포도당주사액대뇌경사적치료유교호적료효，무명현독부작용。치득림상추엄。
Objective To analyze the ef ect Salviae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods select 2012 January ~ 2013 September 79 cases of cerebral infarction patients, randomly divided into two groups, both on the basis of comprehensive treatment, the treatment group with Salviae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection 200ml intravenous drip; control group was treated with low molecular dextran 500ml 1 times a day. Results 79 cases in the treatment group, the total ef iciency of 98.6%. A control group of 43 cases, the total ef iciency of 65.2%, the total ef iciency of two groups results statistical y, there were significant dif erences (P<0.05). Conclusion A good ef ect in treatment of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection on cerebral infarction, no obvious side ef ect. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
