目的：探讨腹腔镜用于子宫肌瘤剔除术中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析我院2011年7月～2013年5月收治的30例子宫肌瘤患者病例，分析总结腹腔镜用于子宫肌瘤剔除术的特点和临床效果。结果30例患者全部手术顺利，手术成功率100%，没有中转开腹，临近的脏器也没有损伤。手术时间平(65±20)min，术中出血量(90±30)毫升，术后（3～5）d出院。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快、并发症少等优点，是治疗子宫肌瘤的一个较理想的微创治疗手段之一，是一种方便、安全、有效的手术方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic myomectomy for the. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2011 July to 2013 May were treated 30 cases of patients with uterine myoma cases, analysis and summary for laparoscopic and clinical characteristics of uterine myomas. Results Al 30 patients operation smoothly, the success rate of operation was 100%, no conversion to open surgery, no damage to adjacent organs. Operation time (65 ± 20) minutes, amount of bleeding during operation (90±30) ml, postoperative (3~5) days after discharge. Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy has the advantages of less trauma, less bleeding, rapid recovery, less complications, is one of the treatment of uterine fibroids is an ideal minimal y invasive technique, is a kind of convenient, safe, ef ective operation method.
