目的:探讨3.0T磁共振全身弥散成像的技术可行性,并与1.5T磁共振全身弥散成像图像在成像技术及图像质量方面进行比对。方法于GE 3.0T MR对13例健康志愿者(年龄均为27岁)行全身弥散成像,并于GE ADW4.4,将原始横断位弥散图像经Add/Sub工具进行拼接,得到HD-MIP图像、黑白反转图像及伪彩图像。结果3.0T MR较1.5T MR的弥散图像具有更好的对比度,但磁敏感导致的图像变形,信号丢失,运动伪影更为严重,图像质量有所降低,段间移位更为明显。结论3.0TMR有望得到信噪比良好、具有诊断价值的全身弥散图像,但由于磁敏感伪影及错位严重,故尚需要序列的优化、技术的改进以及进一步的临床研究。

목적:탐토3.0T자공진전신미산성상적기술가행성,병여1.5T자공진전신미산성상도상재성상기술급도상질량방면진행비대。방법우GE 3.0T MR대13례건강지원자(년령균위27세)행전신미산성상,병우GE ADW4.4,장원시횡단위미산도상경Add/Sub공구진행병접,득도HD-MIP도상、흑백반전도상급위채도상。결과3.0T MR교1.5T MR적미산도상구유경호적대비도,단자민감도치적도상변형,신호주실,운동위영경위엄중,도상질량유소강저,단간이위경위명현。결론3.0TMR유망득도신조비량호、구유진단개치적전신미산도상,단유우자민감위영급착위엄중,고상수요서렬적우화、기술적개진이급진일보적림상연구。
Objective To evaluate preliminary application of WB-DWI (whole body dif usion-weighted imaging) on 3.0T MR. Methods The whole body dif usion weighted imaging with background suppression (b=400 s/mm2) were performed on 3 volunteers (al aged 27).The images were displayed with postprocessed 3D-MIP (3 dimensional -maximum intensity projection) and technique with reverse black and white, pseudo-color. Results WB-DWI on 3.0T MR has good image contrast, but both the artifacts and malpositions between dif erent sections are more serious.Conclusion We can get WBD images with good SNR and diagnostic values on 3.0 MR. But because of the artifacts and malpositions, we stil need more clinical researches to improve the technology and optimize the sequence.
