发展西江经济带既符合国家的战略要求，也符合广西现代化建设的客观需要。拥有大批能够服务于当地经济社会各项事业发展的高素质专门人才是西江经济带可持续发展的关键所在。文章针对当前西江经济带的发展需求与地方院校应用型人才培养之间存在的矛盾，从创新理念、体制改革、师资提升、环境营造四个方面构建适应西江经济带发展需求的地方院校应用型人才培养模式。

Developing Xijiang River Economic Belt is not only in line with national strategic requirements but also meets the ob-jective needs of Guangxi’ s modernization. It is essential for the sustainable development of Xijinag River Economic Belt to be armed with a large number of high-quality professional talents capable of serving all the lines of local economic society. In view of the un-balance between the current requirements of Xijiang River Economic Belt development and the current situation of training applied talents in local colleges, this paper, from the four perspectives of innovation of training idea, systematic reform, improvement of teach-ing force and construction of environment, makes an analysis of building up a training mode for applied talents in local colleges to meet the development demand of Xijiang River Economic Belt.
