目的：分析优抚对象的健康状况，及时发现所患的疾病，进行治疗护理。方法选择2012年1月-2013年4月医院接收、走访的优抚对象20批，300名入院进行短期疗养和随访，通过对该300名进行相关体检，了解其健康状况。结果优抚对象健康状况不乐观。年龄＞70岁的老年人中，均伴有≥1种的原发病症，伴有≥3种疾病者120名，占总人数40％。结论对优抚对象进行定期的健康检查，及时发现疾病，进行一系列行之有效的治疗及护理，可明显改善其健康状况。

목적：분석우무대상적건강상황，급시발현소환적질병，진행치료호리。방법선택2012년1월-2013년4월의원접수、주방적우무대상20비，300명입원진행단기요양화수방，통과대해300명진행상관체검，료해기건강상황。결과우무대상건강상황불악관。년령＞70세적노년인중，균반유≥1충적원발병증，반유≥3충질병자120명，점총인수40％。결론대우무대상진행정기적건강검사，급시발현질병，진행일계렬행지유효적치료급호리，가명현개선기건강상황。
Objective To analyze the health status of entitled groups,discover disease timely and give treatment and nursing. Methods From January 2012 to April 2013,20 batches of entitled groups were selected in our hospital. 300 cases ad-mitted to hospital for short-term treatment and were followed-up. Understood their health through the relevant checks on the 300 cases. Results The health status of entitled groups was not optimistic. Among elderly persons aged 70 years or above,they had one or more of the primary disease,with three or more diseases in 120 cases( Accounted for 40% of the total). Conclusion Conducting regular health checks on the entitled groups can discover disease timely and give a series of effective treatment and care,which can significantly improve the health of them.
