目的：比较、分析聚焦超声与波姆红外线治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果及安全性。方法选取宫颈糜烂患者180例，随机分为观察组和对照组各90例，观察组采用聚焦超声治疗仪治疗，对照组采用波姆红外线治疗，比较2组临床疗效及治疗后并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为100.0％，明显高于对照组的95.6％，2组均未出现宫颈内膜增生、宫颈结痂及宫颈瘢痕等并发症，观察组宫颈管狭窄发生率及复发率明显低于对照组，2组比较差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论聚焦超声治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效明显高于波姆红外线治疗，可有效降低治疗后并发症发生率，帮助患者尽快康复，具有无创、不良反应低、高效、安全等优点，对于未生育妇女尤其适用。
목적：비교、분석취초초성여파모홍외선치료궁경미란적림상효과급안전성。방법선취궁경미란환자180례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조각90례，관찰조채용취초초성치료의치료，대조조채용파모홍외선치료，비교2조림상료효급치료후병발증발생정황。결과관찰조치료총유효솔위100.0％，명현고우대조조적95.6％，2조균미출현궁경내막증생、궁경결가급궁경반흔등병발증，관찰조궁경관협착발생솔급복발솔명현저우대조조，2조비교차이균유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론취초초성치료궁경미란적림상료효명현고우파모홍외선치료，가유효강저치료후병발증발생솔，방조환자진쾌강복，구유무창、불량반응저、고효、안전등우점，대우미생육부녀우기괄용。
Objective comparative analysis for cervical erosion were treated with focused ultrasound therapy and Bo-hm infrared ray in the treatment of the clinical effect and safety. Methods 180 cases of cervical erosion were treated were se-lected as the research object,and were randomly divided into observation group( take focused ultrasound therapy)and control group( take the Bohm infrared therapy),the two groups were observed in patients with clinical efficacy and complications situ-ation. Results the patients in the observation group the total effective rate of treatment(100%)was significantly higher than the control group(95. 6%),cervical endometrial hyperplasia,cervical scar and cervical scar were not occurred in patients in the two groups,the observation group occurred in patients with cervical stenosis and recurrence was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion the clinical efficacy of focused ultrasound therapy for the treatment of cervical erosion was significantly higher than that of Bohm infrared therapy,can effectively reduce the incidence rate of complications after treatment,help the patients to recover as soon as possible,has the advantages of non-invasive,low adverse reaction,high efficiency,safety,especially suitable for women without children.
