本文介绍了双轮铣槽机纠偏系统的主要工作性能以及纠偏的三种主要形式,并设计了液压纠偏系统原理图。建立了AMESim仿真模型,对纠偏系统做仿真分析,以纠偏角度为仿真变量,得出了两个纠偏油缸的受力曲线、泵口压力、流量等随时间变化曲线,为连续墙铣削装置纠偏系统的机构设计、液压系统的设计与调试等提供了参考和依据。
本文介紹瞭雙輪鐉槽機糾偏繫統的主要工作性能以及糾偏的三種主要形式,併設計瞭液壓糾偏繫統原理圖。建立瞭AMESim倣真模型,對糾偏繫統做倣真分析,以糾偏角度為倣真變量,得齣瞭兩箇糾偏油缸的受力麯線、泵口壓力、流量等隨時間變化麯線,為連續牆鐉削裝置糾偏繫統的機構設計、液壓繫統的設計與調試等提供瞭參攷和依據。

This paper introduces the main performance of double wheels slot milling machine corrective system and the three main forms of correction, designs the hydraulic correction system diagram, establishes AMESim simulation model, carries on simulation analysis for the correction system, takes correction angle for the simulation variables, obtains the force curve, pump inlet pressure, flow changing curve with time of two correction cylinders, provides reference and basis for the institutional design of continuous wall milling device correction system, design and debugging of hydraulic system.
