由于现行国家规范对冬季施工的取费标准还不够明确，所以在冬季施工中对于承包商来说费用控制存在较大的风险，本文通过对我国现行冬季施工的现状分析、现行计价方法中冬季施工费用计取的分析、合同签订及实际施工中的风险控制四个方面对承包商冬季施工的费用风险控制进行探讨。

Because the existing national standard to the feeing standard of construction in winter is not clear enough, so for the contractors, the risk of cost control of construction in winter is larger. This article discussed the cost risk control of construction in winter for contractor through four aspects, analyzing the present situation of the current winter construction in China, analyzing the winter construction cost accounting, contract signing and risk control in actual construction.
