为了了解四川省部分医疗机构药学工作现状，不断完善医院药事管理工作，提高药学服务水平。本文采用问卷和现场考察的方法，对四川省102家不同类型和等级的医疗机构进行调查，并针对其所存在的问题如部分医疗机构存在临床药师制度滞后、缺乏必要的硬件设施、麻醉药品和第一类精神药品管理有漏洞、药事管理组织机构不健全或没有履行职能、药事管理制度不完善、药学专业人员匮乏等，提出须加强政策法规的学习、提高对药事管理工作的认识、建立完善的药事管理制度等建议。

To understand the present situation of pharmacy of part of the medical institutions in Sichuan province, constantly improve the work of the hospital pharmacy management, and improve pharmaceutical service level. Using the methods of questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation, to investigate 102 medical institutions with different levels and grades in Sichuan province, and some problems are found in some institutions, they are:the lag of clinical pharmacist system;the lack of the necessary hardware facilities; loopholes in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances management; the imperfection of pharmacy management organization and inability to per-form a normal function; the imperfection of pharmacy management system; and the lack of pharmaceutical profes-sionals, etc.. This paper suggests that policy study should be strengthened in the medical institutions in the region, the understanding of pharmacy management should be improved, and perfect medicine management systemshould be set up,etc..
