为了研究动力吸振器对飞轮振动的抑制效果,采用多变量多变异位自适应遗传算法得到阻尼系统的吸振器最优参数,运用回归分析得到最优参数的数学表达式。通过仿真和实验验证最优吸振器设计的合理性和检验吸振器的减振性能。分析表明,最优吸振器能够降低飞轮的振动响应,采用遗传算法能够高效的计算最优参数,仿真和实验验证吸振器对飞轮振动的抑制效果非常明显。

Dynamic vibration absorber (DVA) for reduction of flywheel vibration was developed. The optimum tuning frequency and damping ratio of the absorber in the damping system were derived by multi-variable multi-mutation adaptive genetic algorithm (MMAGA). Then mathematical formulae of the optimal parameters were obtained by regression analysis. The rationality of design and damping performance of the DVA were verified by experimental testing and numerical simulation. It is concluded that the optimum absorber can reduce the vibration response of the flywheel. MMAGA was suitable for calculating optimum parameters of the absorber efficiently. Simulation and test validates that the DVA can effectively depress the vibration of the flywheel.
