In the paper , the fracturing cause of No .5 TRT rotor blade is analyzed , the dynamic balance principle and laser cladding technology are utilized to repair the rotor blade temporarily .As a result, the maintenance cycle is shortened and maintenance cost is reduced , and good results are achieved .
