目的:通过检测再生障碍性贫血(AA)患者血清中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的浓度,探讨VEGF在AA临床诊断中的意义。方法采用酶联免疫技术分别对26例AA患者及26例健康志愿者血清中VEGF的含量进行测定,考察VEGF与AA的相关性。结果AA患者血清中VEGF的浓度为(48.6±22.8)pg/mL,健康志愿者血清中VEGF的浓度为(112.8±42.1)pg/mL, AA患者血清中VEGF的浓度明显低于健康志愿者血清中VEGF的浓度,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF的浓度与AA的程度呈正相关。结论检测血清中VEGF的浓度具有快速、准确、方便等特点,对于临床诊断AA具有十分重要的意义。

Objective To investigate the significance of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the clinical diagnosis of aplastic anemia (AA) by detecting the concentration of VEGF in serum of patients with aplastic anemia. Methods ELISA was used to detect the serum VEGF levels of 26 cases of patients with AA and 26 cases of healthy volunteers to investigate the correlation between VEGF and AA. Results The serum VEGF concentration of the patients with AA was (48.6 ± 22.8) pg/ml, and that of the healthy volunteers was (112.8 ± 42.1) pg/ml, the serum VEGF concentration of AA patients was significantly lower than that of the healthy volunteers, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the VEGF concentration was positively correlated with the severity of AA. Conclusion The detection of serum concentration of VEGF is fast, accurate, and convenient, which has very impor-tant significance for the clinical diagnosis of AA.
