目的:采用胸大肌肌皮瓣对头颈部缺损患者予以修复性治疗,并观察其临床应用效果。方法对该院自2008年6月-2013年6月收治的56例病患资料进行分析,其中观察组采用胸大肌肌皮瓣,对照组采用股前侧皮瓣,比较两组患者头颈部缺损修复效果。结果比较两组患者的修复效果,术后感染率观察组为17.8%,对照组为42.86%,其中观察组术后并发症控制效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸大肌肌皮瓣取材简易,因为有数量较多的皮肤以及组织可供取材,因此对于较大面积的组织缺损均能够修复,提高组织存活率,降低血供不足的发生率,其在头颈部缺损中起着十分重要的作用与意义。

목적:채용흉대기기피판대두경부결손환자여이수복성치료,병관찰기림상응용효과。방법대해원자2008년6월-2013년6월수치적56례병환자료진행분석,기중관찰조채용흉대기기피판,대조조채용고전측피판,비교량조환자두경부결손수복효과。결과비교량조환자적수복효과,술후감염솔관찰조위17.8%,대조조위42.86%,기중관찰조술후병발증공제효과명현우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론흉대기기피판취재간역,인위유수량교다적피부이급조직가공취재,인차대우교대면적적조직결손균능구수복,제고조직존활솔,강저혈공불족적발생솔,기재두경부결손중기착십분중요적작용여의의。
Objective The reparative therapy of the pectoralis major myocutaneous flap is applied to the treatment of patients with head and neck defect, and the clinical application effect is observed. Methods The data of 56 cases of patients admitted in our hospital from June, 2008 to June, 2013 were analyzed. The observation group used pectoralis major myocutaneous flap, while the control group used femoral ventral flap, for the treatment of head and neck defect. And the reparative effect of head and neck de-fect of two groups was compared. Results Comparing the reparative effect of the two groups, the postoperative infection rate of the observation group was 17.8%, while that of the control group was 42.86%, the effect of controlling postoperative complications of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion Pectoralis major myocutaneous flap is easier to take for there is a large number of skin and tissue can be drawn, so it can be used to repair the large area of tissue defect, improve the tissue survival rate, reduce the incidence of insufficient blood supply, which has very important role and significance in repairing head and neck defects.
