对石英砂、活性炭和火山岩滤料3种载体进行了扫描电镜观察,比较了3种载体固定化恶臭假单胞菌的效果,并对火山岩滤料固定化恶臭假单胞菌吸附铜离子的效果进行了研究。结果表明:3种多孔载体固定化效果顺序为火山岩滤料〉活性炭〉石英砂。空白滤料、固定化野生菌和固定化重组菌在吸附Cu2+12 h后,Cu2+的吸附率分别为70.09%、78.76%和83.30%。孔径为2~4 mm的火山岩滤料固定化重组菌去除Cu2+的效果最好。本研究结果为寻找微生物处理废水后的回收方法提供了科学依据。

The microstructure of quartz sand,activated carbon and volcanic filter material were studied by scanning electron microscope,the effects of three carriers on immobilized Pseudomonas putida and volcanic filter material immobilized Pseudomonas putida on adsorption copper ions were studied.The results showed that the order of immobilized effects of three porous carriers was volcanic filter materialactivated carbonquartz sand.The Cu2 + adsorption rates of filter material,immobilized wild fungus and immobilized recombinant bacteria were 70.09%,78.76%,83.30% respectively in the adsorption Cu2+ 12 h.The effects of 2-4 mm aperture volcanic filter material mmobilized recombinant bacteria on removal of copper ions was best.The results provided the scientific basis for looking for the recycling methods after microbial treatment of wastewater.
