大型渡槽槽身设计挠度要求较高,要求对其支撑系统进行预压,测出排架、地基沉降变形,为支撑系统施工设置预拱值提供依据。因渡槽自身荷载大,而且支撑系统预压最大加载是其自身荷载的1.2倍,为保障施工安全和进度,采用半跨和分配梁承重结构预压方式。首先计算出半跨槽身整体荷载(活荷载和恒荷载),然后根据分配梁承重结构形式和三级预压方式,将荷载分解到分配梁上部和下部并对吨袋进行整体布置。另外,对立杆强度、地基承载力和边坡稳定进行了验算,验证整个支撑系统的安全性、可靠性。通过对午河渡槽支撑系统近1个月的预压和观测,测得相关沉降数据,计算出支撑系统的预拱值,实践说明此种预压方式和强度验算是正确的、可行的,为大型渡槽槽身预压又提供了一种方式和思路。

It requires high deflection of design for the large aqueduct and the supporting system should be pre-compressed. The deformation of subsidenceofshelvingandfoundationshouldbemeasured.Thesearebasisforthesetofpre-archvalueofthesupportingsystem.Withlargeload oftheaqueduct,themaximumloadofthesupportingsystemis1.2timesasmuchastheloadofitself.Ensuredconstructionsafetyandschedule, thehalf-spanpre-compactionandtheloadbearingstructureschemeofdistributionbeamisadopted.First,thehalf-spanload(liveanddeadloads) is calculated.Then according to distribution beam bearing structure and three-level scheme, the load is assigned to distribution beam up and down.On the basis of distributed load the ton bags are set by the way of equivalent pre-compaction and the cushions, stands, and foundations are checked. And then the security and reliability of the whole supporting system is checked. By means of pre-compaction and observation on Wu aq-ueduct supporting system about 1-month,the severalconcerning subsidence data are obtained,and the pre-arch values of thesupporting system areobtainedasthebasisofsupport systemconstruction.Theexperienceshowsthat pre-compactionschemeandstrengthcheckingisastrategy andanoption.Thatanotheraspectofschemeandthoughtsistakenforthepre-compactionoflargeaqueductbody.
