　　在公路隧道的施工过程中，为保障施工质量及施工安全，需要采取一系列的防护措施。本文结合江苏省宜兴市阳灵隧道的设计及施工情况，进行了关于隧道设计中排水及不良地质条件下如何保证施工质量及施工安全的探讨，并提出了施工建议。

In the construction process of highway tunnel, a series of protective measures must be taken to protect the qu-ality and safety of construction. In this article, the author com-bines with the design and the construction situation of Yang Ling tunnel in Yi Xing City, Jiangsu Province, and discusses how to ensure the quality and safety of construction under the conditions of the drainage tunnel design and the unfavorable geology, and then puts forward the construction proposal.
